Review all the reports and submissions from all violation forms in a cohesive interface.
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Violations” tab.
- In the “VIOLATIONS” window that opens, click on the “View All Violations” button.
- In the “Violation Status” window that opens, review entries in three tabbed categories.
- Click on the “Pending” tab to review newly filed tickets that have not been evaluated. Data columns show who reported the violation, their e-mail address, the status of the ticket, its ID number, and the date it was submitted.
- To view the details of the violation, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “View Violation.”
- To download a PDF file that contains the violation information, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “Download PDF.”
- Click on the “Open” tab to review tickets that have been classified and are in progress. Data columns show to whom the violation is assigned, the violation type, the ticket ID number, the status of the ticket, the date it was submitted, and the date on which it last was modified.
- To view the details of the violation, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “View Violation.”
- To download a PDF file that contains the violation information, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “Download PDF.”
- Click on the “Closed” tab to review tickets that have been resolved. Data columns show to whom the violation is assigned, the violation type, the ticket ID number, the status of the ticket, the date on which it last was modified, and who closed the ticket.
- To view the details of the violation, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “View Violation.”
- To download a PDF file that contains the violation information, open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “Download PDF.”
- To return to the “VIOLATIONS” window, click on the “back to violation forms” link at the top left of the window.
