Once a Dues and Fees item is paid—partially or fully—view a summary of its payment details.
- Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Dues and Fees” tab.
- In the “DUES and FEES” window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) in the “ACTIONS” column.
- In the summary window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “Payment Summary” icon (blue dollar sign) in the “ACTIONS” column. Note that this icon does not appear unless an item has received one or more payments. (Note that only items set up to accept partial payments can accrue more than one payment. All other invoices must receive a single payment.)
- The “PAYMENT SUMMARY” window that opens shows you the date, invoice number, and amount of one or more payments.
- Click on the “Send Receipt” icon (blue inbox) to e-mail a receipt to the member or household.
- Click on the “Download Invoice” icon (blue arrow) to download a copy of the receipt to your computer.
- To close the “PAYMENT SUMMARY” window, click on the “Close” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
