View Payment Activity and Outstanding Dues and Fees by Member

Review payment information about Dues and Fees that you invoice to individual Members.

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Members” tab.
  3. In the “MEMBERS” window that opens, click on the “View” icon (blue eyeball) in the “ACTIONS” column.
  4. The “MEMBER ACTIVITY” section provides a chronological list of actions, including payments toward Member dues and fees.
  5. The “OUTSTANDING MEMBER DUES” section lists information about unpaid items billed directly to the Member. It displays the due date, date sent, invoice number, item name, and amount, and provides action icons to mark an item as paid, resend an invoice, review or add notes about the item, and download a copy of the invoice.
  6. The “PAYMENT HISTORY” section provides information about full and/or partial payments toward invoices, and presents each payment date, whether you billed the item to the Household or to the Member, the name of the item, the amount paid, whether the Member paid the item or a website Admin recorded the payment, the type of payment, and a “more info” link for access to the “PAYMENT SUMMARY” window.
    • From the “PAYMENT SUMMARY” window, review the payment date, invoice number, and payment amount, and access action icons that open the “INVOICE NOTES” window or download a copy of the invoice to your computer. To send a new copy of the receipt for the item, click on the “Resend Receipt” button.
    • To exit the window without taking any further action, click on the “Close” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
