View All Your One-Time Charges

The “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window enables you to add, review, edit, and delete these charges from a single comprehensive list.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “One-Time Charges” tab.
  3. The “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window that opens displays a list of all your charges. For each item, you can view the name of the item, when it was created, the base amount of the charge, the overall amount collected, and the number of items purchased. The “ACTIONS” column includes three icons you can click for further information. Above the list, the “Show Inactive Charges” toggle switch enables you to view undeleted charges that have not been made active or that have been deactivated after a period of use.
    • Click on the “Edit” icon (blue pencil) to make changes to an individual One-Time Charge.
    • Click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) to view additional status information about a One-Time Charge.
    • Click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete a One-Time Charge permanently.
