View All Your Dues and Fees

The “DUES and FEES” window enables you to add, review, edit, and delete Dues and Fees from a single comprehensive list.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Dues and Fees” tab.
  3. The “DUES and FEES” window that opens displays a list of all your Dues and Fees. For each Dues and Fees item, you can view the name of the item, its type (whether it bills to individual members or to households), its billing frequency, how many members currently are late in making payments, the date you last modified the item, and an “ACTIONS” column with three icons you can click for further information.
    • Click on the “Edit” icon (blue pencil) to make changes to a Dues and Fees item.
    • Click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) to view additional status information about a Dues and Fees item.
    • Click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete a Dues and Fees item permanently. (Note that this step does not eliminate any current outstanding invoices.)
