View All Pinned Posts

Change the Newsfeed view so it only shows pinned posts.

1. Click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
2. In the public site, click on the “Newsfeed” item in the menu bar under the name of your organization. Depending on how your site is set up, the “Newsfeed” item may appear in a dropdown menu.
3. In the “Newsfeed” window that opens, existing Newsfeed posts appear, starting with the most current.
4. Click on the “Pinned Posts” button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
5. The Newsfeed post display changes to show only pinned posts.
• If no pinned posts exist, the “Newsfeed” window displays a message to alert you.
• If the Newsfeed includes a large number of pinned posts, only a few posts display at first. Click on the “Load More” button to view additional pinned posts.
6. Click on the “All Posts” button to return to the display of all posts, pinned or unpinned.
