View, Add, and Delete Boardroom Meeting Managers

View the list of Managers for an individual Boardroom Meeting. Add or remove Managers as and if necessary. You can perform this action in three different ways.

From the “BOARDROOM” window

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
  3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list.
  4. In the “Managers” column, click on the number of Managers shown.
  5. In the “BOARDROOM MANAGERS LIST” window that opens, view the name and e-mail address of each Manager.
    • Click on the e-mail address of a Manager to launch your e-mail client software and send a message to that individual.
    • Click on the “Remove Manager” icon (trash can) to remove an individual from the Meeting.
    • To add Managers, click on the “Add Managers” dropdown menu to open it, and activate the checkbox in front of the name of one or more individuals.
  6. When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
    • To exit the process without changing the Manager roster, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.

From the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
  3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
  4. In the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, locate the “MEETING DETAILS” section. Under the “Boardroom Managers” identifier, click on the “[X] Managers” link, where [X] equals the current number of Managers.
  5. In the “BOARDROOM MANAGERS LIST” window that opens, view the name and e-mail address of each Manager.
    • Click on the e-mail address of a Manager to launch your e-mail client software and send a message to that individual.
    • Click on the “Remove Manager” icon (trash can) to remove an individual from the Meeting.
    • To add Managers, open the “Add Managers” dropdown menu and activate the checkbox in front of the name of one or more individuals.
  6. When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
    • To exit the process without changing the Manager roster, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.

From the “EDIT BOARDROOM MEETING” window

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
  3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “Edit Boardroom.”
  4. In the “EDIT BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, click on the “Boardroom Manager(s)” dropdown menu and activate the checkbox in front of one or more names from the list. Note that only the names of people with admin status appear in this dropdown menu.
  5. When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
    • To exit the process without changing the Manager roster, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
