View the list of attendees invited to an individual Boardroom Meeting. Add or remove attendees as and if necessary. You can perform this action in three different ways.
From the “BOARDROOM” window
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list.
- In the “Attendees” column, click on the number of attendees shown.
- In the “BOARDROOM ATTENDEES LIST” window that opens, view the name and e-mail address of each attendee.
- Click on the e-mail address of an attendee to launch your e-mail client software and send a message to that individual.
- Click on the “Remove Attendee” icon (trash can) to remove an individual from the Meeting.
- To add attendees, click on the “Add Attendees” dropdown menu to open it, and activate the checkbox in front of the name of one one or more individuals.
- When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
- To exit the process without changing the attendee roster, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
From the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
- In the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, locate the “MEETING DETAILS” section. Under the “Attendees List” identifier, click on the “[X] Members” link, where [X] equals the current number of invitees.
- In the “BOARDROOM ATTENDEES LIST” window that opens, view the name and e-mail address of each attendee.
- Click on the e-mail address of an attendee to launch your e-mail client software and send a message to that individual.
- Click on the “Remove Attendee” icon (trash can) to remove an individual from the Meeting.
- To add attendees, click on the “Add Attendees” dropdown menu to open it, and activate the checkbox in front of the name of one one or more individuals.
- When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
- To exit the process without changing the attendee roster, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
From the “EDIT BOARDROOM MEETING” window
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “Edit Boardroom.”
- In the “EDIT BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, locate the “Invited Attendees” section.
- Click on the “Committees” or the “Individuals” dropdown menu to open it. Activate the checkbox in front of the name of a committee or individual to add them to the Meeting. Deactivate a checkbox to remove a committee or individual from the Meeting.
- When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting setup, click on the “Save” button.
- To exit the “EDIT BOARDROOM MEETING” window without altering your attendee list, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
