View a Summary of Individual Dues and Fees Items

Examine a list of the individual invoices sent to members or Households in conjunction with an individual dues item or fee.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Dues and Fees” tab.
  3. In the “DUES and FEES” window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) in the “ACTIONS” column.
  4. In the summary window that opens, the top portion itemizes the amount and frequency of the Dues and Fees item, as well as any late fees associated with it. The “Invoice Range” controls enable you to set the range of due dates from which you want to view invoices for Dues and Fees.
  5. The “FILTERED PAYMENT SUMMARY” section provides three groups of information, one each about open, paid, and late items. For each group of information, this section lists the total amount owed, and the numbers of invoices and accounts involved.
  6. The “Invoice Actions” button gives you access to additional functions. From its dropdown menu, you can Message Filtered Members, Download Summary Data, Download Payment Data, and Delete Unpaid Invoices.
  7. The search area enables you to limit the listed entries to those that meet specific criteria, including member or household name, invoice number, and payment type or status. (For more information about how to use the invoice search feature, see the “Filter the Invoice List on a Dues and Fees Summary” item in these instructions.)
  8. From the list of invoices displayed on the summary screen, review the due date, item name, invoice numbers and status, date of last payment, amounts owed and paid, amount of any payment fee paid, and number of payments made by each member or household on each instance of an individual Dues and Fees item. Note that some items may bill only once, whereas others may recur monthly, quarterly, and so on.
  9. In the “ACTIONS” column of the summary window, individual icons enable you to mark an individual instance of a Dues and Fees item as paid, resend an individual invoice, enter or review notes about an invoice, and download a copy of an invoice.
