Examine the payment history and details for a specific One-Time Charge.
- Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “One-Time Charges” tab.
- In the “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) in the “ACTIONS” column.
- In the summary window that opens, the top portion itemizes when the charge was created, the base amount of the charge, the amount collected in conjunction with the charge, and the total number of items purchased. The “Date Range” controls enable you to set the range of due dates from which you want to view these charges.
- Use the dropdown menu above the charge summary to switch among multiple One-Time Charges.
- The “One-Time Charge Actions” button gives you access to additional functions. From its dropdown menu, you can Message Filtered Members, Download Payment Data, and +Add Manual Payment Entry.
- The search area enables you to limit the listed entries to those that meet specific criteria, including payor name, receipt number, and payment type. - From the list of receipts displayed on the summary screen, the “Member” column displays a blue dot if the payment came from a community member. The summary screen receipt list also enables you to review the payment date, the name of the payor and the charge, the receipt number, the amount paid, and the type of payment.
- In the “ACTIONS” column of the summary window, the three-dots menu enables you to resend an individual payment receipt, enter or review notes about a transaction, and download a copy of a receipt.
