View a conversation through your website’s Messaging features.
- Log in to the member-facing view of your website directly from the site itself, or click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
- In the menu bar under the name of your organization, click on the Messaging icon (pair of speech balloons).
- The “Messaging” overlay window that opens on the right side of your screen lists all the conversations in which you’re a participant.
- Click on the box that contains information about an individual conversation to view details about it and the messages in it.
- To view the participants in the conversation, click on the “view [X] participants” link, where [X] represents the number of participants.
- To return to the full list of your conversations, click on the “view all messages” link.
