The window for an individual amenity includes the ability to search for a specific amenity reservation by the name of the amenity.
- Click on the “Features” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Amenities” tab.
- In the “AMENITIES” window that opens, locate the amenity whose reservations you want to search. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Amenity.”
- In the window that opens, click on the “Pending,” “Approved,” “Completed,” “Rejected,” “Canceled,” or “Damage Fees” tab. By default, the “Pending” tab is selected.
- Type your search text in the “Search Members” box. To search for part of a name, enter only a few letters or numbers into the search field.
- Click on the “Search” button or press “Enter”/”Return” to do your search. The event list changes to display only those records that match your search criteria.
- To change to a specific search category, click on the “Search All” dropdown menu to open it. Select the category you want: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, City, State, or Zip.
- To clear your search results and display all the amenity reservations on the specific reservation tab, click on the “Clear” button.
- To sort your search results by one of the categories of information in the event list, click on a column name or the pair of arrows to the right of the name. By default, the records sort in ascending order. To change the sort to descending order, click on the pair of arrows again. Each time you click on the arrows, the sort order changes. You can identify the sort order by which of a pair of arrows is dark gray. When the information sorts in ascending order, the arrow pointing up is dark, and vice versa. On unsorted columns, both arrows appear in light gray.
- If your list of search results covers more than one page, click on the right arrow above or below the list to move to a later page, the left arrow for an earlier page, or a page number to go directly to that page.
- To return to the “AMENITIES” window, click on the “back to all amenities” link at the top left below the name of the amenity.
