Search by conversation name for a Messaging conversation on your website.
- Log in to the member-facing view of your website directly from the site itself, or click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
- In the menu bar under the name of your organization, click on the Messaging icon (pair of speech balloons).
- The “Messaging” overlay window that opens on the right side of your screen lists all the conversations in which you’re a participant.
- To search for conversations by name, click in the “Search Messages” box and type all or part of the name of a conversation. As soon as you type into the search box, the “Messaging” window list displays only those conversations that match your search criteria.
- To view the entire list of messages again, delete your search criteria from the “Search Messages” box.
