After you create folders and upload files to your website, search for specific assets through the “DOCUMENTS” window.
- Click on the “Features” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Documents” tab.
- In the “DOCUMENTS” window that opens, click in the “search folders” box and type all or part of the name of a folder. As soon as you type into the search box, the folder list changes to display only those items that match your search criteria.
- In the “DOCUMENTS” window that opens, click on a folder name to select it. The “search within folder” box appears at right if the folder contains files. In the “search within folder” box, type all or part of the name of a file. As soon as you type into the search box, the folder list changes to display only those items that match your search criteria. Note that this search capability only extends within the folder you select, not to any subfolders within it.
- To clear either a folder or a file search, delete the search criteria you typed into the applicable search box.
