Review and Complete a Form for a Boardroom Meeting (Administrative View)

As a Boardroom Meeting participant or leader, you may need to complete a form in advance of the meeting. Although you can use the same method that non-administrative Meeting participants use, you also can provide your information directly through the Boardroom interface.

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
  3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. (Note that the meeting must have a form attached to it for these instructions to be functional.) In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
  4. In the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, location the “MEETING DETAILS” section on the left and click on the custom-form name link.
  5. In the “COMPLETE FORM” window that opens, fill in the requested information. Click on the “Complete” button to submit your responses.
    • To exit the process, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
