Review the Amenity Reservation Calendar

On a calendar display, select and review the status and details of one or more amenity reservations.

  1. Click on the “Features” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Amenities” tab.
  3. In the “AMENITIES” window that opens, click on the “Amenities Calendar” button.
  4. In the “AMENITY CALENDAR” window that opens, click on the “Amenities” dropdown menu. Activate the checkbox in front of the name of one or more amenities for which you want to review reservations.
    • Deactivate the checkbox in front of the name of an amenity to remove that amenity from your review selection.
  5. Click on the “Reservation Status” dropdown menu and activate the checkbox in front of one or more status indicators to view pending, approved, rejected, or completed reservations. Note that selecting either all or none of the indicators has the same effect; it shows all four status levels.
    • Deactivate the checkbox in front of the name of a reservation status to remove that status from your review selection.
  6. Activate the checkbox for “Pending Damage Fee Only” to view only those reservations for which a damage fee is charged but not yet paid.
  7. Click on any reservation listing on the calendar to view the details of the specific reservation request.
    • In the “VIEW RESERVATION REQUEST” window that opens, review the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of the person who made the reservation request, along with the date and time of the reservation and any notes entered about it. If a digital signature is required for the reservation, that information also appears in the “VIEW RESERVATION REQUEST” window.
    • To contact the person who made the reservation, click on their e-mail address in the “VIEW RESERVATION REQUEST” window.
    • To approve or reject a pending reservation, click on the “Approve” or the “Reject” button, respectively.
    • To resolve a damage fee, click on the “Resolve Damage Fee” button to charge or waive a fee as appropriate, depending on the post-reservation condition of a specific amenity.
    • To return to the “AMENITY CALENDAR” window, click on the “Close” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the “VIEW RESERVATION REQUEST” window.
