Refresh the Messaging window to view conversations or messages created after you opened or last refreshed the window.
- Log in to the member-facing view of your website directly from the site itself, or click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
- In the menu bar under the name of your organization, click on the Messaging icon (pair of speech balloons).
- The “Messaging” overlay window that opens on the right side of your screen lists all the conversations in which you’re a participant.
- Click on the Refresh icon (two arrows forming a circle) next to the name of the “Messaging” window. The list of conversations refreshes to display any new conversations or messages.
