An Overview of the Admin Dashboard

The ADMIN DASHBOARD provides you with an at-a-glance view of the status of your organization’s critical milestones, making it easy to access the central tasks of your administrative responsibilities. Each card summarizes an individual category of information; most cards include links so you can access further details. Note that the items listed below represent the default versions of each card. Depending on the Plan Package to which your community subscribes—and any changes that you or other Admins have made through the Portal/App Setup feature, you may see a different set of dashboard cards or different names for the cards shown below.

MEMBERS
Review your members’ most-recent logins in chronological order.
See which members have logged in recently, and on what date they did so.

NEWSFEED
Chronological excerpts of the most-recent newsfeed posts.
Read the first 80 characters of the most-recent posts to your organization’s newsfeed, listed in chronological order.

EVENTS
Name, date, time, and a brief description of the events that will occur soon.
Review the name, date, time and a synopsis of the events that are closest on the calendar.

FORMS/POLLS
Current response levels on in-process forms and polls.
Review the numbers of submissions and votes on your organization’s current forms and polls.

TICKETS
Current/pending activity on ticketing-system requests.
Review information about new and pending resident submissions, attachments, and admin replies/discussions.

VIOLATIONS
Current/pending activity on violation reports.
Review information about new and pending violation reports, actions, and admin replies/discussions.

PAYMENTS
Chronological list of members’ most-recent payments.
Review members’ most-recent payments of dues and fees, including payers’ names, dates, amounts, and items paid.

DOCUMENTS
Filenames and upload dates for recent document additions.
Review the most-recent document additions to your website in chronological order with upload dates.

RESERVATIONS
Chronological list of upcoming reservations for organization amenities.
Review members’ upcoming reservations for organization amenities, including member and amenity names, dates, and times; approve or reject pending reservations directly from the ADMIN DASHBOARD card.

SPONSORS
Sponsor names, logos, and website views/clicks.
Review the names and logos of current sponsors, and see how many members have either viewed sponsor information or clicked through to sponsor websites.

SITE SETUP
Theme settings applied to public website appearance, and a link to the site itself.
Review the visual theme you’ve applied to your website, along with its color scheme and home page default layout.

COMMITTEES
Upcoming meetings, including committee names, dates, and agenda descriptions.
Review upcoming committee meetings, including the name of each committee, the date of the meeting, and a description of the committee’s responsibilities.
