Include Notes in a Boardroom Meeting

Boardroom Organizers can add notes to a Boardroom Meeting to capture ideas and outcomes after the Meeting itself.

  1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
  3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
  4. On the right side of the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, click on the “Meeting Notes” tab.
  5. On the “Meeting Notes” section of the window, click on the Edit icon (pencil) at the top right.
  6. Enter your notes into the notes box. Use the controls above the notes box to add or remove text, incorporate a link in your message, or format your content with styles including bold and italic text. To link to a file in your Document Repository, click on the “Go to your document repository” link above the message window to open your Document Repository in an adjacent browser tab so you can use the “ACTIONS” column’s “Copy File Link” icon to capture the link in question.
  7. When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting notes, click on the “Save” button.
    • To exit the process without incorporating your notes, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
