Download Submission Data from a Ticket

Once a ticket receives submissions from members who enter request data into it on your website, download the data from the “TICKETS” window.

  1. Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
  3. In the “Tickets” window that opens, locate your ticket in the list.
    • If a ticket has received at least one submission, click on the “Download CSV” icon (blue downward-pointing arrow) in the “ACTIONS” column. Choose where to save the file and click on the “OK” button to download the data.
