Once a ticket receives submissions from members who enter request data into it on your website, download the data from the “TICKETS” window.
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
- In the “Tickets” window that opens, locate your ticket in the list.
- If a ticket has received at least one submission, click on the “Download CSV” icon (blue downward-pointing arrow) in the “ACTIONS” column. Choose where to save the file and click on the “OK” button to download the data.
