Download a PDF file that contains the details of an individual violation.
From the listings for a specific form
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Violations” tab.
- In the “VIOLATIONS” window that opens, locate the applicable violation form in the list.
- Open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “View Violations.”
- In the “VIOLATION STATUS” window that opens, locate the relevant violation in the list.
- Open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “Download PDF.”
From the listings for all forms
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Violations” tab.
- In the “VIOLATIONS” window that opens, click on the “View All Violations” button.
- In the “VIOLATION STATUS” window that opens, click on the appropriate tab to locate the violation.
- Click on the “Pending” tab to review newly filed tickets that have not been evaluated.
- Click on the “Open” tab to review tickets that have been classified and are in progress.
- Click on the “Closed” tab to review tickets that have been resolved.
- Locate the applicable violation form in the list.
- Open the “ACTIONS” column’s three-dots menu and choose “Download PDF.”
