Delete documents that have been uploaded to a Boardroom Meeting. Use either of two methods, depending on how a file has been uploaded.
From the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window’s “ATTACHMENTS” section
Files in this area are added during the creation of the Boardroom meeting, and through the “View Boardroom” and “Edit Boardroom” commands after the meeting is created.
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
- In “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, go to the “MEETING DETAILS” section at the top left. Click on the Edit icon (pencil). Click on the “view [x] attachments” link to reveal the individual file links. Click on the “x” to the left of a file name to remove a document from the Meeting.
From the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window’s “Boardroom Manager Comments” section
Files in this area are added in conjunction with Boardroom Manager comments on the Boardroom meeting.
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
- In “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, go to the “ATTACHMENTS” section at the bottom left. Click on the “view [x] attachments” link to reveal the individual file links. Click on the deletion icon (trash can) to the right of a file name to remove a document from the Meeting.
