Deactivate a Ticket

Deactivated tickets become invisible and inaccessible to members and the public. Only administrators can access them, and only through the “Tickets” feature of the Admin dashboard.

  1. Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
  3. In the “Tickets” window that opens, locate the ticket name in the list and click on the Deactivate icon (blue box with an “X” inside it) in the “Actions” column.
  4. In the “DEACTIVATE FORM” window that opens, click on the “Deactivate Form” button to remove the ticket.
    • To exit the process without deactivating the ticket, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
