Individual calendars can feature specific types of events or whatever you decide to include on them.
- Click on the “Features” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Calendars” tab.
- In the “CALENDARS” window that opens, click on the “+ Add New Calendar” button at the top right.
- In the “ADD NEW CALENDAR” window that opens, type a name in the “Calendar Name” box.
- Use the “Permissions” radio buttons to set access to and visibility of the calendar. Choose “Public” to enable anyone who visits your website to view the calendar. Choose “Members” to make the calendar visible only to logged-in members.
- Activate the “Appear on Upcoming Events?” checkbox to determine whether entries from this calendar appear on the “Upcoming Events” widget on the Home page of your website.
- Activate the “Include Events” checkbox to add member events that you create through the Events feature of your website. (For complete instructions on how to create new member events, see the “Events” section of these instructions.)
- When you are happy with your calendar setup, click on the “Add Calendar” button.
- To exit the process without creating a calendar, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
