Here’s a timeline of recent features, bug fixes, and upgrades.
February 2025

New

  • Updated Surveys/Polls so Admins can specify minimum and maximum numbers of options that residents can choose out of a set of checkbox fields.
  • Updated invoicing to add the ability to combine flat late fees with simple or compound interest charges, and to control how and when fees apply.
  • Added “Primary Resident” feature (with automatic application and manual override) to place a Household Member name on Household invoices.
  • Polled QuickBooks for Account Names set to Bank and added them to dropdown menus for selection of how to allocate synced invoices and payments.
  • Enabled QuickBooks integration to sync to specific QuickBooks Account Names for individual dues items, Amenity and Event charges, and One-Time Charges.

Changed

  • Changed the field order in the Households data download CSV so the Country and Lot Number fields appear in the same order as in the Member download.

Corrected

  • Prevented daily e-mailed reminders from going out about paid invoices.
  • Corrected an issue that prevented delivery of invoice notification e-mail messages.
  • Prevented duplicate invoice notifications.
  • Prevented creation of two Households with the same Household Title.
  • Prevented Limited-Access Sub-Admins from editing events they were not authorized to access.
  • Made full information available about items displayed on the Recent News widget on the website Home page.
  • Enabled Full-Access Sub-Admins with Amenities privileges to resolve Damage Fees.
  • Eliminated the possibility of multiple charges for a single One-Time Charge payment.
  • Enabled the map at the foot of the website Home page to display in a page preview.
  • Ensured that Calendar Entry updates appear in Weekly Digest Notifications when the resident requests this information in their Notification settings.
  • Corrected an issue that interfered with proper sorting of Households by Household Members when Members are deactivated.
  • Prevented saving a Member Details record with a US address but no ZIP Code.

  • Corrected non-delivery of e-blast messages
  • Corrected multiple issues related to weekly digests, including non-deliveries, duplicated or delayed deliveries, or receipt of digests by former community members
  • Enabled submission of forms through the Member Portal
  • Corrected an issue that blocked some Sub-Admins from reaching the Admin Dashboard and returning to the public site from the Member Portal
  • Corrected an issue that blocked some One-Time Charges from showing up in payment history
  • Updated Member Portal layouts for greater responsiveness on some mobile devices
  • Corrected several issues that caused a “pink slip” error message to appear because the system falsely identified a user as lacking access permissions
  • Corrected several problems in the Member Portal that stopped some users from posting to a Newsfeed, selecting payments for assessment invoices and joining communities
  • Corrected an issue that delayed delivery of some invoice notifications
  • Loading the original Member Dashboard from public websites. The new Member Portal version of the Member Dashboard will continue to load from the Member Portal itself.
  • Removed case sensitivity from Household Access Type data import.
