Filter the Receipt List on a One-Time Charge Summary

Search for and review specific transactions related to a One-Time Charge.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “One-Time Charges” tab.
  3. In the “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) in the “ACTIONS” column.
  4. In the summary window that opens, set the “Date Range” fields at the top of the window so they show the time period for which you want payment information.
  5. Set the search for one or more receipts by the name(s) of the individual(s) who paid them. Leave the search dropdown menu set to “Search Name,” and type your search text in the box. To search for part of a name, enter only a few characters into the search field.
  6. Click on the “Search” button or press “Enter”/”Return” to do your search. The search you requested appears in a gray result box below the search field, and the list of receipts changes to display only those records that match your search criteria.
  7. To use another search category, click on the search dropdown menu to open it. Select the category you want: receipt number or payment type.
  8. To search by combinations of criteria, repeat your search for each criterion in succession. Each of your searches appears in a separate gray result box below the search field, and the receipt list changes to display only those records that match all your search criteria.
    • To clear all your search criteria at the same time, click on the “Clear” button. To clear an individual search criterion, click on the “X” at the right end of its gray result box.
    • To sort your search results by one of the categories of information in the list of receipts, click on a column name or the pair of arrows to the right of the name. By default, the records sort in ascending order. To change the sort to descending order, click on the pair of arrows again. Each time you click on the arrows, the sort order changes. You can identify the sort order by which of a pair of arrows is dark gray. When the information sorts in ascending order, the arrow pointing up is dark, and vice versa. On unsorted columns, both arrows appear in light gray.
