Delete a One-Time Charge

If you no longer need a specific One-Time Charge, delete it.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “One-Time Charges” tab.
  3. In the “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window that opens, locate the item you want to delete.
  4. In the “ACTIONS” column, click on the “Edit” icon (blue pencil).
  5. In the “EDIT ONE-TIME CHARGE” window that opens, deactivate the “Activate One-Time Charge” checkbox near the bottom.
  6. Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
  7. In the “DUES and FEES” window, activate the “Show Inactive Dues” toggle switch at the top right.
  8. Locate the item you want to delete. In the “ACTIONS” column, click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete the item.
  9. In the “DELETE DUE?” window that opens, click on the “Remove” button to complete the deletion.
  10. Click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete the item.
  11. In the “DELETE ONE-TIME CHARGE?” window that opens, click on the “Remove” button to complete the deletion.
  12. To exit the process without deleting a One-Time Charge, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
    • Note that deletion of a One-Time Charge does not affect existing payments made while it was active.
