If you no longer need a specific One-Time Charge, delete it.
- Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “One-Time Charges” tab.
- In the “ONE-TIME CHARGES” window that opens, locate the item you want to delete.
- In the “ACTIONS” column, click on the “Edit” icon (blue pencil).
- In the “EDIT ONE-TIME CHARGE” window that opens, deactivate the “Activate One-Time Charge” checkbox near the bottom.
- Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
- In the “DUES and FEES” window, activate the “Show Inactive Dues” toggle switch at the top right.
- Locate the item you want to delete. In the “ACTIONS” column, click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete the item.
- In the “DELETE DUE?” window that opens, click on the “Remove” button to complete the deletion.
- Click on the “Delete” icon (blue trash can) to delete the item.
- In the “DELETE ONE-TIME CHARGE?” window that opens, click on the “Remove” button to complete the deletion.
- To exit the process without deleting a One-Time Charge, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
- Note that deletion of a One-Time Charge does not affect existing payments made while it was active.
