One-Time Charges make it easy for community residents to pay for miscellaneous non-recurring items. From pool keys to parking passes, these items don’t fit within the definition of a regular dues item.
These charges can include flexible “name-your-price” or “best-offer” payment terms for which the payee determines the amount due. They allow for the collection of local sales taxes, and enable payees to combine purchases on one transaction. Admins also can enable non-Members to pay One-Time Charges, which simplifies the process of accepting sponsor payments.
