Download Summary Data About Dues and Fees

To review essential information about payments on Dues and Fees, download a summary document and open it in your favorite spreadsheet program.

  1. Click on the “Payments” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Dues and Fees” tab.
  3. In the “DUES and FEES” window that opens, locate the item you want to review and click on the “View Summary” icon (blue magnifying glass) in the “ACTIONS” column.
  4. In the summary window that opens, click on the “Invoice Actions” button at the top right and select “Download Summary Data” to save a copy of the document on your computer. This CSV file is compatible with your favorite spreadsheet program.
    • For each applicable invoice, the downloaded document lists the due date, member name, invoice number, payment status, last payment date, amounts owed and paid, and the number of payments made.
    • To limit the information in the document to specific invoices, use the search area. (To learn how to search for specific invoices by recipient, number, payment type, or status, see the “Filter the Invoice List on a Dues and Fees Summary” item in these instructions.)
