Search for specific tickets—or specific responses to those tickets—directly through the “Tickets” window and the window that displays an individual ticket response.
To search for a specific ticket:
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
- In the “Tickets” window that opens, type your search text in the “Search Forms” box. To search for part of a name, enter only a few letters or numbers into the search field.
- Click on the “Search” button or press “Enter”/”Return” to do your search. The custom forms list changes to display only those records that match your search criteria.
- To clear your search results and display all your custom forms, click on the “Clear” button.
- To sort your search results by one of the categories of information in the member list, click on a column name or the pair of arrows to the right of the name. By default, the records sort in ascending order. To change the sort to descending order, click on the pair of arrows again. Each time you click on the arrows, the sort order changes. You can identify the sort order by which of a pair of arrows is dark gray. When the information sorts in ascending order, the arrow pointing up is dark, and vice versa. On unsorted columns, both arrows appear in light gray.
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
- In the “Tickets” window that opens, locate the desired ticket in the list or perform a search (see below) to find the ticket you want to review. Click on the “View Results” icon (framed blue rectangle) to open the submissions window for that ticket.
- To search all submissions for that ticket at the same time, leave the “Search All” dropdown menu set that way, and type your search text in the “Search Members” box. To search for part of a name, address, or other piece of information, enter only a few letters or numbers into the search field.
- Click on the “Search” button or press “Enter”/”Return” to do your search. The search you requested appears in a gray result box below the search field, and the ticket submission list changes to display only those records that match your search criteria.
- To change to a specific search category, click on the “Search All” dropdown menu to open it. Select the category you want: Ticket ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, or Phone Number.
- To search by combinations of criteria, repeat steps 3 and 4 to search for each criterion in succession. Each of your searches appears in a separate gray result box below the search field, and the ticket submission list changes to display only those records that match all your search criteria.
- To clear all your search criteria at the same time, click on the “Clear” button. To clear an individual search criterion, click on the “X” at the right end of its gray result box.
To search for a specific ticket submission:
To sort your search results by one of the categories of information in the ticket submission list, click on a column name or the pair of arrows to the right of the name. By default, the records sort in ascending order. To change the sort to descending order, click on the pair of arrows again. Each time you click on the arrows, the sort order changes. You can identify the sort order by which of a pair of arrows is dark gray. When the information sorts in ascending order, the arrow pointing up is dark, and vice versa.
