Deactivated tickets become invisible and inaccessible to members and the public. Only administrators can access them, and only through the “Tickets” feature of the Admin dashboard.
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
- In the “Tickets” window that opens, locate the ticket name in the list and click on the Deactivate icon (blue box with an “X” inside it) in the “Actions” column.
- In the “DEACTIVATE FORM” window that opens, click on the “Deactivate Form” button to remove the ticket.
- To exit the process without deactivating the ticket, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
