To build a ticket, start with the form that contains its input fields.
- Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
- In the “Tickets” window that opens, click on the “+Add New Ticketing Form” button.
