Create a Ticket

To build a ticket, start with the form that contains its input fields.

  1. Click on the “Forms” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Ticketing System” tab.
  3. In the “Tickets” window that opens, click on the “+Add New Ticketing Form” button.
