Edit Household Address Data

Review information for an individual Address and make changes to it.

  1. Click on the “Households” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Addresses” tab.
  3. In the “ADDRESSES” window that opens, scroll through the Address list till you find the row that contains the entry you want. If your list covers more than one page, click on the right arrow to move to a later page, the left arrow for an earlier page, or a page number to go directly to that page.
  4. In the “ACTIONS” column of the row that contains the record you want to edit, click on the three-dots menu and choose “Edit Address.”
  5. In the “EDIT ADDRESS” window that opens, you’ll see individual boxed sections for specific types of information.
    • The “Lot Number” is a unique identifier that applies to an individual Address. Use the numbers from your community plan.
    • Enter up to two lines of address information into the “Address” and “Address Line 2” entry boxes.
    • Enter the city name and choose the state from the dropdown menu.
    • Enter the 5-digit ZIP Code.
    • To override automatic assignment of a Primary Resident, click on the “Primary Resident” dropdown menu to open it. Activate the checkbox in front of the desired Household Member name. Note that this menu only contains entries if your Household Members are in the system and the Household Address you are editing corresponds with a Household to which Household Members are attached.
  6. When you are happy with your changes, click on the “Save Address” button to complete the process of saving them.
    • To exit the process without revising an “Address” item, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
