As an Admin, you can designate individual Newsfeed posts as favorites.
- Click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
- In the public site, click on the “Newsfeed” item in the menu bar under the name of your organization. Depending on how your site is set up, the “Newsfeed” item may appear in a dropdown menu.
- In the “Newsfeed” window that opens, existing Newsfeed posts appear, starting with the most current.
- Locate the post you want to designate as a favorite and click on the “Favorite” icon (thumbs-up icon with the number of replies to the right of it) at the bottom right corner of the post.
- If the “Favorite” icon appears as a black outline, the icon becomes solid black and the counter increments by one, showing that you have favorited it.
- If the “Favorite” icon appears in solid black, the icon changes to a black outline and the counter decrements by one, showing that you have unfavorited it.
- Note that you cannot favorite a reply.
