If you entered a transaction that no longer is viable, delete it so it no longer appears in Financials.
- Click on the “Financials” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Transactions” tab.
- In the “TRANSACTIONS” window that opens, locate the transaction in the list.
- If you need to narrow down the items displayed in the list, either perform a search (see the “Search for a Transaction” section of these instructions) or use the “Payment Range” boxes and “Select a Vendor” dropdown menu to locate specific transactions.
- To specify the range of payment dates within which you want to view transactions, The “Payment Range” controls enable you to set the start and end of a range of due dates from which you want to view transactions.
- To view only those transactions associated with a specific vendor, click on the “Select a Vendor” dropdown menu and choose the applicable item. The transaction displays only those records associated with the vendor you selected. To unfilter the list and view transactions for all vendors, open the “Select a Vendor” dropdown menu and choose “Show All Vendors.”
- In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “Delete Transaction.”
- In the “DELETE TRANSACTION” window that opens, click on the “Delete” button to delete the transaction and return to the “TRANSACTIONS” screen.
- If you opened the “DELETE TRANSACTION” window by mistake, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
