As an Admin, you have the authority to edit other Members’ Newsfeed posts.
- Click on the “Public Site” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen to switch to the public website from the behind-the-scenes Dashboard view.
- In the public site, click on the “Newsfeed” item in the menu bar under the name of your organization. Depending on how you set up your, the “Newsfeed” item may appear in a dropdown menu.
- In the “Newsfeed” window that opens, existing Newsfeed posts appear, starting with the most current.
- Click on the three-dots control at the top right corner of a Newsfeed post to open the Actions menu.
- Click on the “edit” item in the Actions menu.
- In the “Edit Post” window that opens, update the message title or text, make the post public or private, and click on the “Browse” button to attach files or add images.
- When you are happy with your edited post, click on the “Post” button. To exit the “Edit Post” window and return to the Newsfeed window without making any changes, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
