View Closed Boardroom Meetings

By default, closed Boardroom Meetings do not appear in the list of Meetings, but you can access and view them with an additional step.

1. Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
3. In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, activate the “Show Closed” toggle switch to the right of the search area.
4. Locate the closed Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “Reopen Boardroom.”
• To close the Meeting again, open the three-dots menu and choose “Close Boardroom.” In the “CLOSE BOARDROOM” window that opens, click on the “Close Boardroom” button.
