Boardroom Organizers and Managers can add comments and attach documents to a Boardroom Meeting to capture ideas and outcomes before, during, or after the Meeting itself.
- Click on the “Membership” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Boardroom” tab.
- In the “BOARDROOM” window that opens, locate the Boardroom Meeting in the list. In the “Actions” column, open the three-dots menu and choose “View Boardroom.”
- On the right side of the “BOARDROOM MEETING” window that opens, click in the text-entry box below your name and avatar to add comments.
- To add one or more files as attachments to the Meeting, click on the “include attachments” link below the text-entry box. Locate and select the file(s) you want to attach, and click on the “Open” button to upload them to the Meeting.
- When you are happy with your Boardroom Meeting comment, click on the “Add Comment” button.
- To refresh the comments list and view any new comments posted since you loaded the page, click on the “Refresh” icon (two arrows forming a circle) below the comment text-entry box at the bottom right of the “Boardroom Manager Comments” window..
- To exit the process without incorporating your comment, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
