Many features enable you to add a sub-admin role so a member can take on specific administrative duties without a membership upgrade to admin status. Furthermore, you can create two types of sub-admin roles: full access and limited access.
As you would expect, a full-access sub-admin can work on all aspects of a feature to which you assign them. For example, a full-access sub-admin who handles custom forms can create and edit forms, and manage the data from form submissions.
A limited-access sub-admin only can work on specific aspects of a feature. If you assign a limited-access sub-admin to handle custom forms, you also must assign them to one or more specific forms.
Assign a limited-access sub-admin to part of a feature
To assign a limited-access sub-admin to a specific aspect of a feature, view the individual amenity, calendar, form, document repository folder, survey, poll, or ticketing-system form. In the Actions column, choose Access Management. Activate the checkbox in front of the name of the desired sub-admin to add the sub-admin to this aspect of the feature.
