Deactivate (Cancel) an Event

Deactivated (canceled) events become invisible and inaccessible to members and the public, and remain accessible only through the “Events” feature of the Admin dashboard.

  1. Click on the “Features” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Events” tab.
  3. In the “EVENTS” window that opens, locate the event name in the list and click on the Deactivate icon (blue box with an “X” inside it) in the “Actions” column.
  4. In the “DEACTIVATE EVENT” window that opens, click on the “Deactivate Event” button to remove the event.
    • To exit the process without canceling the event, click on the “Cancel” button, press the “Esc” key, or click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window.
  5. To reactivate an event, activate the “Show Inactive” toggle switch and click on the Reactivate icon (blue circular arrow) in the “Actions” column.
